Terry Farr Real Estate School is a full-time Real Estate Education Center fully accredited by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission.  The school was established in 1988 and has operated continuously since that time adding Continuing Education courses in 1994. 

Terry Farr Real Estate School offers both day, evening and weekend classes for pre-licensing, day, evening and weekend classes for the post-licensing courses.  All of our full-time instructors are active in their respective fields and are members of both the Fayetteville Association of REALTORS® and the North Carolina Real Estate Educators Association.

We offer Continuing Education courses on a varying schedule in an effort to meet the needs of our students.  A variety of electives are available regularly at our schools while select courses are offered statewide.  For more information concerning these courses please contact the school.
