NC Real Estate Update #9909- This years update course will cover:
Understanding Material Facts, New Commission Rules, and a Summary of
NCAR Residential Form Changes. (Four Hour Update Credit)
Sustainable Housing and Building

- This course will cover a broad coverage of products and
buildings that could actually cut utility costs for consumers as well
as provide a cleaner environment indoors. We will also discuss issues
in which Licensees should have full knowledge of appropriate sources
in which to guide clients to the appropriate resources for additional
information.
Broker in Charge Annual Review Course #2011- This years BICAR
course will cover: Distressed Sellers, "Short Sales" and Foreclosures,
Lending Laws and Loan Fraud, and Broker-in-Charge Requirements.
